Professional Certification Program
The I-OM Academy HDIVC Training Course is a structured professional education program in high-dose intravenous vitamin C (HDIVC) for physicians, nurses, and qualified healthcare professionals.
The course is designed to move beyond simply teaching an IV recipe. It focuses on the science, clinical reasoning, safety, administration, monitoring, and practical implementation of HDIVC, with special emphasis on its use in integrative cancer care.
What the Course Covers
The program includes approximately 20 modules covering:
- Vitamin C biology, pharmacology, and pharmacokinetics
- Oral versus intravenous vitamin C
- Patient selection and clinical indications
- G6PD deficiency and other major safety considerations
- Renal function, oxalate, fluid balance, and laboratory monitoring
- Glucose-meter interference and other practical safety issues
- IV vitamin C formulations, preparation, pH, and osmolarity
- Dosing strategies and infusion protocols
- Monitoring during treatment
- Adverse-event recognition and management
- HDIVC in cancer care
- HDIVC with chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, metabolic therapy, and selected repurposed drugs
- Clinical case reasoning
- Building and operating an HDIVC clinical service
- Patient intake, informed consent, documentation, standing orders, nursing protocols, emergency procedures, and clinical forms
Final Examination & Certificate
Participants complete a 50-question final examination.
To pass:
- 80% or higher overall score
- No missed safety-critical questions
Participants who successfully complete the course and examination receive an I-OM Academy Certificate of Completion with a unique certificate ID.
Course Access
The full course is housed in a private I-OM Academy training area and is available only to enrolled participants.
After successful payment, participants are granted access to the private HDIVC Training Course.

Individual patient consultation and one-on-one consultation are not included.
Course Fee Policy
Enrollment is subject to the I-OM Academy Course Fee Policy. Course fees are non-refundable once course access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
